Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine data strategies to support business objectives and decision-making.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable data requirements and analytical tasks.
- Perform in-depth data analysis, leveraging statistical methods and advanced analytics to uncover insights.
- Design and maintain robust data models, ensuring data integrity, quality, and accessibility for various stakeholders.
- Communicate analytical findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, working to implement solutions that enhance data reliability.
- Support the establishment and enforcement of data governance policies and best practices.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Data Strategy role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
