Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of creative and educational activities appropriate for children's age and developmental stage.
- Support children's personal care routines, including feeding, nappy changing, and toileting, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Help to create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Observe and monitor children's progress, behaviour, and development, reporting any concerns to the senior staff.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community.
- Assist with meal and snack times, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Participate in daily tidying and organisation of the play areas and resources.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
