Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading goods, ensuring secure and efficient handling.
- Verify product counts and condition against delivery manifests or pick lists.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the transport bay and staging areas.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse personnel regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies during all operational activities.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation within the transport division.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries, as needed.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or operational concerns to the immediate supervisor.
- Support general warehouse and logistics tasks as required to maintain operational flow.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking orders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Basic computer literacy for logging and record-keeping.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Ralston Valley facility.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery support role.
- Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus).
