Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and safe delivery of packages to designated locations within Kovan and surrounding areas.
- Efficiently plan and optimize delivery routes to meet scheduled delivery times.
- Handle parcels with care, ensuring their integrity and security from pickup to delivery.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing any queries or concerns politely.
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and update delivery status using a smartphone application.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle/motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery progress or unexpected delays.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 2B/3/3A Singapore driving license (depending on vehicle type)
- Ability to use smartphone applications for navigation and delivery management
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift packages (up to 15-20 kg)
- Punctuality and strong time management skills
