As a Delivery Helper, you will play a crucial, front-line role in ensuring our products reach their destinations safely, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Assist delivery drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of merchandise.
- Verify product counts and ensure all items are accurately accounted for during pickup and delivery.
- Navigate routes using maps or GPS, actively assisting the driver with directions as needed.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies during all aspects of deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch regarding delivery updates, delays, or issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly (up to 50 lbs) with assistance.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance for a dynamic role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong, proactive work ethic.
