Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior traders with real-time market research and in-depth analysis of derivatives products.
- Support the execution of various derivatives trades (e.g., futures, options, swaps) under direct supervision.
- Develop, backtest, and refine quantitative trading strategies and models using statistical software.
- Monitor global market news, economic indicators, and geopolitical events for potential trading impacts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on market trends, trade performance, and risk exposure.
- Learn and apply robust risk management principles to mitigate potential losses and optimize returns.
- Actively participate in team meetings, strategy discussions, and post-trade analysis sessions.

Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

- Proficiency in Excel/VBA and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis.
- Fundamental understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and derivatives instruments (futures, options).
