Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on sustainability best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends.
- Assist in data collection and analysis related to environmental performance indicators (e.g., carbon footprint, waste management).
- Support the development of sustainability reports, presentations, and communication materials for clients.
- Contribute to the assessment of client operations, identifying areas for environmental improvement and efficiency.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking notes and assisting with follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Prepare summaries and insights from industry reports and academic journals.
- Help maintain project documentation and knowledge management systems.
- Support outreach and engagement efforts related to sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., Environmental Studies, Engineering, Business, Urban Planning) with a focus on sustainability.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
