Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to potential clients, effectively articulating Career.zycto's value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, meticulously tracking progress in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, client success) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development.
