Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the ingestion, tagging, cataloging, and organization of digital assets across various platforms.
  • Perform quality control checks on metadata and asset files to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the creation and enforcement of digital asset naming conventions and file structures.
  • Help maintain and update the digital asset management system, including user permissions and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, IT) to fulfill asset requests and provide support.
  • Participate in the archival and retrieval of digital assets as needed.
  • Learn and apply best practices for digital asset lifecycle management and data governance.
  • Document processes and procedures related to digital asset management workflows.
