Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various online channels.
- Manage and optimize company social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and followership.
- Plan and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic and paid traffic.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Oversee online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) from conception to execution and reporting.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and other key digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales) to ensure brand consistency and integrated marketing efforts.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on online promotion.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing social media platforms for business.
- Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles and experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in content creation and management, including copywriting and basic graphic design skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
