Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for managing and optimizing product listings across various digital marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, local platforms).
  • Ensure accurate and compelling product content, including descriptions, images, videos, and specifications, adhering to platform guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Monitor marketplace performance, analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Implement and manage pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, emerging platforms, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment processes on marketplaces to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer reviews and feedback, implementing strategies to enhance product ratings and build brand reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital marketplace management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketplace Manager, E-commerce Manager, or similar role (4+ years).
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing product listings and sales on major digital marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Magento, local platforms).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, product content optimization, and online merchandising principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace analytics dashboards) and ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
