In this pivotal support role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our digital infrastructure and internal processes, directly contributing to our mission of connecting top Canadian talent with leading North American businesses.

As a Digital Operations Aide, you will be the backbone of our digital day-to-day, managing various administrative and technical tasks that keep our remote operations running flawlessly. You’ll work closely with various departments, including HR, Finance, and Client Services, to ensure consistency and efficiency in our digital workflows. This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in digital operations, gain exposure to cutting-edge remote work technologies, and make a significant impact within a rapidly evolving organization.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with an eye for detail and a knack for technology. If you thrive in an environment where you can take initiative, learn new systems quickly, and contribute to continuous improvement, this role is for you. MobSquad champions a collaborative and supportive culture, even across distances, and we’re committed to providing the resources and mentorship you need to succeed. If you’re ready to dive into a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to optimize our digital world, we encourage you to apply.
