Vidyard is seeking a Digital Publishing Coordinator with flexible hours to join our dynamic marketing team in a hybrid work model. You’ll manage the end-to-end publishing process, ensuring our content is accurately presented, optimized for search engines, and reaches our target audience effectively. You will work closely with content creators, SEO specialists, designers, and marketing operations to maintain a consistent publishing cadence, uphold brand guidelines, and continuously improve our digital content delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end digital publishing workflow, including scheduling, formatting, and launching content across Vidyard's website, blog, and other digital channels.
  • Utilize content management systems (CMS) like WordPress to upload, edit, and publish various forms of digital content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Implement SEO best practices for all published content, including optimizing meta descriptions, alt tags, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video producers to ensure all content assets are prepared and delivered on time for publishing.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all content before publication, including proofreading, broken link checks, and responsive design verification.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing basic reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to inform future content strategy.
  • Maintain and update existing website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to current brand and SEO guidelines.
  • Assist in the organization and archival of digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility for the broader marketing team.
  • Stay informed about digital publishing trends, CMS updates, and SEO changes to recommend and implement improvements to our processes.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in digital content publishing, web management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot CMS).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for on-page optimization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for formatting and troubleshooting web content.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
