Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Director of Brand Experience to spearhead our brand strategy and guest engagement initiatives from our regional office in Lupane, Matabeleland North Province. This pivotal role will be instrumental in defining, shaping, and elevating every touchpoint of the Africa Albida Tourism brand, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and memorable experience for all our guests, from initial contact through to post-stay engagement. The Director of Brand Experience will be a strategic leader responsible for translating our core values and unique selling propositions into tangible, delightful experiences across all our properties and digital platforms. This includes overseeing brand messaging, visual identity, digital content strategy, guest journey mapping, and the integration of brand elements into service delivery and operational standards. You will champion a guest-centric approach, leveraging insights and data to continually refine our brand narrative and enhance customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand experience strategy aligned with company vision and business objectives.
- Oversee the consistent application of brand guidelines across all guest touchpoints, including digital, physical properties, and customer service.
- Lead the creation of compelling brand narratives and storytelling initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Drive innovation in guest experience design, identifying new opportunities to surprise and delight our customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand guest expectations, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in hospitality and brand experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to optimize online presence, social media engagement, and content marketing efforts.
- Partner with operations and training departments to ensure brand standards are integrated into service delivery and staff training programs.
- Manage brand budgets, resources, and external agencies to ensure efficient and effective brand initiatives.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, guest satisfaction, and ROI of brand experience investments.
- Mentor and inspire a team to foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and guest-centricity.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in brand management or brand experience leadership within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
