Career.zycto is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead our strategic initiatives in talent cultivation and organizational growth. This pivotal role requires an individual with a profound understanding of adult learning principles, a proven track record in designing and implementing impactful L&D programs, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and talent roadmap.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across various functional areas and leadership levels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps, performance deficiencies, and future talent development requirements.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrable return on investment (ROI) for all initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through robust metrics, feedback mechanisms, and performance analysis, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning technologies and platforms (LMS, LXP, etc.) to enhance learning accessibility and engagement.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated and supported across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends to continuously evolve our L&D offerings.
