Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking an inspiring and results-driven Director of Learning & Development to lead our strategic efforts in talent growth and organizational capability. This critical leadership role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning programs that align with our strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. You will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, developing innovative learning solutions, and ensuring our team possesses the competencies needed to excel in a rapidly evolving market. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and talent objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage a diverse portfolio of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance modules.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities across all departments.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning technologies and platforms to enhance program delivery and accessibility.
- Establish robust metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness, impact, and ROI of all L&D initiatives.
- Mentor and coach internal trainers and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous professional growth.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective learning solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging L&D trends, and innovative learning technologies to continuously evolve our offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful L&D programs in a corporate environment.
- Expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and performance consulting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in leveraging learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills to assess training needs, measure impact, and report on L&D effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD, SHRM-SCP).
- Experience working within the human resources, recruitment, or professional services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
