Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business goals and talent objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and soft skills workshops.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future training requirements across all departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D programs through robust metrics and reporting, continuously optimizing for impact and ROI.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Mentor and develop a small team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices in talent development.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and senior leadership to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in strategic Learning & Development leadership.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging various learning technologies and platforms (LMS, e-learning tools).
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
