In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and fosters a culture of continuous learning across all departments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance modules.
- Lead needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future talent requirements.
- Evaluate and integrate innovative learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships, and external training partnerships.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of all learning initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of L&D specialists.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR business partners to ensure L&D programs support talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
