Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic goals and employee development needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs across various modalities (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, workshops, coaching).
  • Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments, performance data, and organizational objectives, proposing proactive solutions.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP).
  • Partner with HR business partners and department heads to integrate L&D programs into talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of talent growth.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role, preferably as a Director or Head of L&D.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and various learning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic L&D initiatives that drive business results.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in leveraging learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools, virtual platforms).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification in coaching, psychometric assessment, or specialized L&D areas.
