Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and talent objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage a diverse portfolio of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and soft skills workshops.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development across all levels of the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through robust metrics and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements based on data analysis.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Mentor and develop a team of L&D professionals, if applicable, fostering their professional growth.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful enterprise-wide learning strategies and programs.
- Deep expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and performance improvement strategies.
- Strong command of various learning technologies, including LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, projects, and vendor relationships effectively.
