Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and values.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of all corporate learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and onboarding.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions for various employee cohorts.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact utilization of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Implement and leverage learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms) to enhance accessibility and effectiveness of training.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends to continuously evolve our programs.
- Partner with HR and leadership to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management frameworks, including performance management and career pathing.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning theories.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
