Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic goals and talent needs.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and soft skills enhancement.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments across all departments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Select and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants when necessary.
- Oversee the development and management of internal learning resources, including e-learning platforms, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, incorporating new approaches as appropriate.
- Partner with HR and senior leadership to integrate L&D initiatives with overall talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrable return on investment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (10+ years) in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate impactful L&D programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or specific assessment tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI).
- Experience working in diverse industry sectors or dynamic, fast-paced environments.
