Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance courses.
- Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize learning interventions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using appropriate metrics and revise programs to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.
- Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, micro-learning).
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
- Coach and mentor senior leaders and high-potential employees to enhance their leadership capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends in L&D, and regulatory changes.
- Report on L&D initiatives, progress, and impact to senior management and key stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful learning and development strategies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and budgets.

- Certification in Instructional Design, Coaching, or Change Management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced consulting or talent solutions environment.

- Prior experience leading L&D initiatives within the Southern African context.
