Career.zycto is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and talent objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and learning experiences for all levels of employees, from entry-level to senior leadership.
- Conduct thorough organizational and individual needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future capability requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of L&D initiatives, including content creation, vendor selection, program delivery, and post-training evaluation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor key L&D metrics (e.g., participation rates, program effectiveness, ROI) to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and programs deliver maximum value.
- Evaluate and integrate new learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and reach.
- Partner with HR and senior leaders to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies, including performance management and career pathing.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale L&D programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities with a demonstrated track record of aligning L&D initiatives with business outcomes.
