Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional and visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead the strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of all learning and development initiatives. This pivotal role is integral to fostering a culture of continuous growth, innovation, and high performance within our organization and extending to our client offerings. As the Director of L&D, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive learning ecosystem that supports employee skill enhancement, leadership development, career progression, and overall organizational effectiveness. You will leverage best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design, and technology to deliver impactful and measurable learning experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization and championing a learning-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic goals and business objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills workshops.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of L&D programs, from needs assessment and content creation to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and reach of training programs.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D initiatives, providing regular reports on impact and ROI.
- Coach and mentor internal trainers and subject matter experts to enhance their instructional delivery skills.
- Collaborate closely with HR, executive leadership, and departmental heads to identify learning needs and ensure alignment of L&D efforts with business priorities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and best practices in learning, talent development, and organizational psychology.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful L&D strategies and programs.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms).
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting on learning effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in relevant L&D areas (e.g., CPTD, ATD, Coaching, Change Management).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, particularly within the recruitment or HR tech industries.
- Familiarity with talent management systems and performance management frameworks.
