Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business goals and talent objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, compliance, and soft skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through robust metrics and ROI analysis, continuously refining offerings based on feedback and results.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Champion the adoption of blended learning approaches, e-learning platforms, and innovative instructional technologies.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners and senior leadership to integrate L&D initiatives into overall talent management and employee engagement strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure Career.zycto remains a leader in talent cultivation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role, preferably as a Director or Head of L&D.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and various learning methodologies (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, experiential learning).
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and budget management skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills for program evaluation and reporting on learning impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in L&D (e.g., CPTD, ATD certifications, CLDP).
- Experience implementing L&D initiatives within a diverse and multi-locational environment.
- Familiarity with talent management software and HR analytics tools.
- Prior experience working in professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment.
