As the Director of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for creating a robust framework for professional growth, encompassing everything from leadership development and technical skills training to compliance education and personal effectiveness workshops. You will leverage innovative methodologies, including digital learning platforms, experiential learning, and mentorship programs, to deliver engaging and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and professional development initiatives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and emerging talent requirements across various departments and partner organizations.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools).
- Establish metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs, reporting on ROI and making data-driven improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective program delivery.
- Collaborate with HR and senior management to integrate L&D initiatives with talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously enhance program offerings.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
