Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that aligns with Career.zycto's strategic goals and client needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and curate innovative learning programs, workshops, and resources covering areas such as leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance.
  • Integrate and optimize various learning methodologies, including e-learning, blended learning, in-person training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all levels of the organization and for client engagements.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact utilization of resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning initiatives using robust metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Research and recommend cutting-edge learning technologies and platforms to enhance engagement and scalability.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, operations, sales) and external vendors to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in learning and organizational development.

Required Skills

  • Proven strategic leadership and management experience in Learning & Development.
  • Exceptional instructional design and curriculum development expertise.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in leveraging L&D technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decisions.
  • Budget management and vendor negotiation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications in L&D (e.g., CPTD, ATD credentials, or equivalent).
  • Experience in an HR consulting or recruitment agency environment.
  • Global L&D program design and implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in multiple learning authoring tools.
