Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that aligns with Career.zycto's strategic goals and client needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Design and curate innovative learning programs, workshops, and resources covering areas such as leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance.
- Integrate and optimize various learning methodologies, including e-learning, blended learning, in-person training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all levels of the organization and for client engagements.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact utilization of resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning initiatives using robust metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
- Research and recommend cutting-edge learning technologies and platforms to enhance engagement and scalability.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, operations, sales) and external vendors to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in learning and organizational development.
Required Skills
- Proven strategic leadership and management experience in Learning & Development.
- Exceptional instructional design and curriculum development expertise.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leveraging L&D technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Budget management and vendor negotiation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Certifications in L&D (e.g., CPTD, ATD credentials, or equivalent).
- Experience in an HR consulting or recruitment agency environment.
- Global L&D program design and implementation experience.
- Proficiency in multiple learning authoring tools.
