Career.zycto is seeking an inspiring and results-oriented Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives in Masvingo. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business goals and talent needs.
  • Design, implement, and manage a wide range of innovative training programs, including leadership development, technical skills enhancement, and soft skills training.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various departments and employee levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through metrics, feedback, and performance analysis, continuously refining offerings for optimal impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Research and integrate best practices, emerging technologies, and current trends in learning and development to keep our programs cutting-edge.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to ensure L&D initiatives support organizational strategy and cultural objectives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale L&D strategies and programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
