Career.zycto is seeking an inspirational and strategic Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports Career.zycto’s business objectives and talent development goals.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and professional development courses.
- Oversee the full learning cycle: needs analysis, content creation, program delivery, and effectiveness evaluation (ROI).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR to identify critical skill gaps and forecast future learning needs across the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for external training resources and platforms.
- Champion the adoption of blended learning approaches, e-learning solutions, and modern instructional design methodologies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of all L&D initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and development.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic L&D programs in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and various delivery methods.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) or CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance).
