Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs, initiatives, and content across various modalities (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, workshops, coaching).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the budget, resources, and vendor relationships for all learning and development activities.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps, competency requirements, and future talent development priorities.
  • Champion the adoption of diverse learning methodologies and cutting-edge technologies, including our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Establish clear metrics, reporting systems, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness, ROI, and impact of L&D programs on business outcomes.
  • Foster a strong learning culture throughout the organization, promoting continuous personal and professional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to integrate L&D initiatives into overall business strategy and talent management.
  • Stay abreast of global L&D trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of talent development.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and various learning methodologies.
  • Strong strategic planning, critical thinking, and execution skills with the ability to translate vision into tangible results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in L&D technologies and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions for program improvement.
  • Experience in change management and project management within an L&D context.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in instructional design, coaching, talent development (e.g., ATD, CIPD, SHRM), or specific L&D methodologies.
  • Experience working in a multinational or diverse organizational setting, understanding cross-cultural learning dynamics.
  • Familiarity with advanced talent management software beyond standard LMS functionalities.
  • Previous experience leading L&D initiatives in the Human Resources or Professional Services industry.
