- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for all employee levels.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to identify skill gaps, performance needs, and future capability requirements.
- Implement and manage learning technologies, platforms, and tools to optimize program delivery and accessibility.
- Establish robust metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and ROI of L&D initiatives.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
