Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and continually refine a comprehensive L&D strategy that directly supports Career.zycto's business objectives and growth ambitions.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments, collaborating with department heads and senior leadership to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and oversee the delivery of innovative learning programs, workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
- Effectively manage the L&D budget, resources, and relationships with external training vendors and partners.
- Research, implement, and optimize learning technologies and platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Establish clear metrics, evaluation methodologies, and reporting frameworks to assess the impact, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) of all L&D initiatives.
- Champion and cultivate a robust culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering their professional growth and expertise.
- Stay abreast of global L&D best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements, integrating relevant innovations into our strategy.
- Prepare and present regular reports on L&D progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in a senior Learning & Development leadership role with significant strategic oversight.
- Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories and principles.
- Proficiency in managing and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various e-learning authoring tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
