Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and continually refine a comprehensive L&D strategy that directly supports Career.zycto's business objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments, collaborating with department heads and senior leadership to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and oversee the delivery of innovative learning programs, workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
  • Effectively manage the L&D budget, resources, and relationships with external training vendors and partners.
  • Research, implement, and optimize learning technologies and platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
  • Establish clear metrics, evaluation methodologies, and reporting frameworks to assess the impact, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) of all L&D initiatives.
  • Champion and cultivate a robust culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering their professional growth and expertise.
  • Stay abreast of global L&D best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements, integrating relevant innovations into our strategy.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on L&D progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in a senior Learning & Development leadership role with significant strategic oversight.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories and principles.
  • Proficiency in managing and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various e-learning authoring tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams and direct reports.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align L&D initiatives with organizational performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a closely related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications in L&D (e.g., CPLP, ATD Certifications), talent management, or executive coaching.
  • Prior experience within the professional services, consulting, or corporate training industry.
  • Familiarity with talent analytics and data-driven approaches to L&D strategy and evaluation.
  • Experience in implementing or managing L&D initiatives across diverse geographic locations or multicultural teams.
