Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic goals and client needs.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for employees at all levels.
- Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments and collaborate with leadership to address them proactively.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable return on investment for all initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Implement and manage learning technologies and platforms to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of training programs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront.
- Consult with internal stakeholders and external clients on best practices in learning and organizational development.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies and programs.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD Master Trainer, SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR).
