Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and talent strategy.
- Design, implement, and manage a portfolio of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance initiatives.
- Lead thorough needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and forecast future training requirements across the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through robust metrics and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving offerings for maximum impact.
- Oversee the selection and management of external training vendors and learning resources, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Champion a vibrant culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (8+ years) in leading and managing comprehensive L&D functions, preferably at a directorial level.
- Strong strategic planning, program design, and execution abilities for large-scale learning initiatives.
- Expert knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and modern learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various e-learning platforms.
- Demonstrated budget management and vendor negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and report on L&D program effectiveness.
- Strong leadership, team management, and talent development capabilities.
- Exceptional project management skills for overseeing multiple complex L&D initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or a closely related field.
- Professional certification in Instructional Design, Coaching, Talent Development, or Change Management (e.g., CPTD, ACC).
- Experience with diverse learning technologies such as AI-powered learning tools, VR/AR in training, or personalized learning paths.
- Prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or talent solutions environment.
