Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic goals and business needs.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills enhancement.
- Oversee the full learning cycle from needs assessment, content creation, delivery, to evaluation of program effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing value from training investments.
- Identify and integrate appropriate learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms) to enhance learning experiences and accessibility.
