Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent growth initiatives in Rusape, Manicaland Province. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our organizational goals, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and equips our employees with the skills necessary to excel in an evolving landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development roadmap aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and future growth.
- Design, develop, and implement a diverse portfolio of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and compliance.
- Oversee the full learning lifecycle, from needs assessment and content creation to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI for all learning initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to identify skill gaps, future talent needs, and integrate learning solutions into talent management processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning programs using key metrics and analytics, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance program delivery and engagement.
- Ensure all learning content and delivery methods comply with relevant industry standards and internal policies.
