Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic objectives and talent needs.
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.
- Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments, performance data analysis, and close collaboration with department heads.
- Oversee the management and continuous improvement of learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools).
- Establish robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives.
- Mentor, coach, and manage a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the entire organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale L&D strategies and programs.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
