Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic goals and talent needs.
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills workshops, utilizing a blended learning approach.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to identify skill gaps, emerging capabilities required, and future talent needs across the organization.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of learning technologies and platforms (LMS, e-learning tools).
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness, impact, and ROI of all L&D initiatives, reporting regularly to executive leadership.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and programs deliver maximum value.
- Champion a learning culture throughout the organization, promoting self-directed learning and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities for L&D initiatives.
