Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic Learning & Development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and talent needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Conduct comprehensive organizational and individual training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and professional growth initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs using key metrics and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and demonstrable ROI.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies, including e-learning platforms, virtual reality, and blended learning solutions.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently to maximize program impact.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR business partners to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and organizational development to maintain program relevance.
