Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent growth strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports Career.zycto's business goals and talent objectives.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programs, including technical skills training, leadership development, soft skills enhancement, and onboarding.
- Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments, performance reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Lead a small team of L&D professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
- Select and manage relationships with external training providers and vendors, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Implement and manage learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms) to enhance accessibility and effectiveness of training.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D programs, measure their impact, and report on ROI to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Ensure all learning initiatives comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of L&D best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative learning methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a senior L&D role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic L&D initiatives that drive business results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and report on data-driven insights.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in L&D, talent management, or coaching (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
- Experience working in a multinational or diverse organizational setting.
- Familiarity with talent analytics and predictive modeling for L&D.
