Career.zycto is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and talent management goals.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, leadership development, and technical skills training.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments and levels within the organization.
- Oversee the selection and management of external training vendors and resources when necessary, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance and organizational outcomes.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Mentor and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of L&D innovation.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and senior management to integrate L&D programs into broader talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Champion a learning culture throughout the organization, promoting curiosity, growth, and knowledge sharing.
