Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning programs that align with our organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As the Director, you will be instrumental in identifying skill gaps, developing innovative training solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of all L&D interventions. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure our workforce is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to excel in a rapidly evolving professional landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic objectives and talent management goals.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, leadership development, and technical skills training.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments and levels within the organization.
  • Oversee the selection and management of external training vendors and resources when necessary, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance and organizational outcomes.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Mentor and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of L&D innovation.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and senior management to integrate L&D programs into broader talent management and succession planning efforts.
  • Champion a learning culture throughout the organization, promoting curiosity, growth, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership in designing and implementing large-scale L&D programs
  • Expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design, and blended learning solutions
  • Strong analytical skills for needs assessment, program evaluation, and budget management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools

Preferred Qualifications
