Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business goals and culture.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programs, workshops, and resources for employees at all levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization and for client projects.
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to optimize program delivery and tracking.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to integrate learning initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective program delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development leadership role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and modern learning methodologies.
