Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional and visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business goals and culture.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programs, workshops, and resources for employees at all levels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization and for client projects.
  • Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to optimize program delivery and tracking.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to integrate learning initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective program delivery.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and modern learning methodologies.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive L&D strategies.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
