Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business goals and talent objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and compliance.
- Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments, performance data analysis, and close collaboration with business leaders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms, continually refining initiatives for maximum impact.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality program delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Mentor and develop a team of learning professionals, fostering their growth and expertise.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and development.
- Implement and manage digital learning platforms and tools to enhance accessibility and engagement.
- Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert on all L&D matters to senior leadership and HR.
