Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and execute the R&D strategy and roadmap, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of R&D projects, from concept generation and feasibility studies to prototyping, testing, and successful product delivery.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, ML, Big Data, etc.) and assess their potential application in HR technology solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate market needs into innovative technical solutions.
- Manage R&D budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and financial parameters.
- Establish and maintain strong intellectual property practices, including patenting strategies and protection of proprietary technologies.
- Represent Career.zycto as a thought leader in relevant industry forums, conferences, and partnerships.
Required Skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D or advanced engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML, data analytics, software development, and cloud-based solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products or solutions from concept to market.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
