Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and researchers.
- Oversee the entire R&D project lifecycle, from conceptualization to commercialization.
- Manage the R&D budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, and processes to enhance product offerings.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the R&D department.

Required Skills
