Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or machine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and storage shelves.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Properly store cleaned items in their designated places, ensuring easy access for kitchen staff.
- Support kitchen staff with general tasks as needed, including receiving and stocking deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards.
