Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and safe delivery of packages, documents, and goods within specified routes in Gigiri and surrounding Nairobi areas.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet scheduled deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups using a company-provided smartphone application.
- Ensure the safe handling and transportation of all items, adhering to company policies and road safety regulations.
- Conduct daily checks on the motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Handle cash payments accurately where required and reconcile daily transactions.

Required Skills
- Valid Class A2 motorcycle riding license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider, preferably within Nairobi.
- Excellent knowledge of Nairobi road networks, especially Gigiri and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in using navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) and delivery management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
