Career.zycto is immediately hiring a Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in Kotzebue. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to become an indispensable part of a system that ensures essential goods, from household necessities to critical supplies, reach the communities across the Arctic Slope.

In this dynamic, hands-on position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our distribution center running smoothly and efficiently. Your day could involve receiving shipments, meticulously checking for accuracy and damage, and organizing inventory in designated locations. You’ll operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (with proper certification), moving goods safely and effectively throughout the warehouse. A significant part of your role will also include accurately picking orders based on detailed instructions, preparing them for shipment by packing and labeling, and loading outgoing trucks. Attention to detail is paramount, as is a commitment to safety, ensuring all procedures are followed to create a secure environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Working as a Distribution Center Associate at Career.zycto means being part of a supportive team that values hard work, precision, and dedication. We thrive on collaboration and problem-solving, facing the unique logistical challenges of operating in Alaska head-on. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift and move heavy items, and comfort working in varying warehouse conditions. If you’re someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute meaningfully to the infrastructure that supports remote Alaskan communities, then we want to hear from you. Join us and help connect Kotzebue to the world, one shipment at a time.
