Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized records of stock.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders according to specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with inventory.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
Required Skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., ability to use simple inventory systems or spreadsheets).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
